About

Betsy Kruse Craig is a Fletcher Pilates® certified instructor (since 2000), movement specialist, and working theatre professional. She holds an M.F.A. in Acting/Directing from the University of Arizona and serves as Managing Artistic Director of Invisible Theatre in Tucson.

She has spent decades both using bodies and teaching them. As Professor of Theatre Arts at Pima Community College she started the college's children's theatre program and served as interim director of the Theatre program; she then moved to the University of Arizona, where she taught Voice and Movement alongside acting, directing, and period style. On stage she has performed from the Gaslight Theatre and Invisible Theatre in Tucson to Palo Alto Players and The Pear Theatre in the Bay Area, where she served as Artistic Director.

She believes physical intelligence is creative intelligence — that the body is not separate from the work, but foundational to it. Whether you're a dancer, an athlete, a desk worker, or just someone who wants to move better, Betsy meets you where you are and builds from there.
