Open at 7am every day of the week — breakfast, locally roasted coffee, and everything baked from scratch.
Organic, locally roasted espresso, scratch-baked pastries and pies, housemade soups and grilled things at lunch. Gluten-free baking is done with organic brown rice flour rather than as an afterthought.
The useful fact is the hours: 7am to 3pm, seven days a week, with no closed day at all. If you are heading out early — to a trailhead, or south towards Tubac — this is the one place you can count on being open on the way.
It stops at 3pm, so it is breakfast and lunch only.
