The only tasting room nearby open every day of the week — and the one that stays latest on a Friday.

A tasting room on Highway 82 with long views and no closed day, which makes it the reliable answer when the rest of the wine trail is shut.

Tasting is $25 with a souvenir glass or $20 without. No reservation needed, though they ask for notice if you are bringing a group.

Friday is the late one — open until 8pm, when most of the valley has stopped.
