Private Event at the Farm
A milestone party, a family reunion, dinner and a dance — the farm for the afternoon or evening, with lodging only if you want it.

The farm for an afternoon or an evening. Nobody has to stay over — though the units are there if some of your party would rather not drive home.
Event fee: $100 an hour, for up to six hours, for up to 100 guests.
Also required: a $300 refundable damage and cleaning deposit, and extra event insurance at $265.
Available: event coordination at $75 an hour, and tables and chairs for up to 50 guests — $10 a table and $3 a chair, with buffet tables, bar tables and lavender tablecloths. Setup and breakdown are included in the coordinator fee, or you can do them yourself.
Lodging is optional and books separately, from $75 a night per unit, or take the whole farm.

- The whole property is yours for the event, except the inside of the main residence. Garbage cans are serviced through the event. A $300 refundable damage and cleaning deposit and extra event insurance at $265 are required. This is a non-smoking event space.
