Wake up to roosters and oak shade. A beautiful place to relax and take in southern Arizona, on a secluded farm minutes from the heart of wine country. Hike or bike on National Forest land right from the front door, or book a tasting tour in Sonoita. Two lakes with boating and fishing, shops, restaurants, horseback riding and wildlife viewing are all nearby, and Tombstone, Bisbee and Tubac make easy day trips.
The space
Ample outdoor seating with unobstructed views of the surrounding country, and plenty of places to walk right here on the property. Many mature oak trees — find a hammock under one of them and enjoy a good book. Walk up to the well for 360-degree views. Visit the animals and the lavender fields.
The stars at night are amazing.
Guest access
Entry is through the door on the west side of the house — the one with the lock box — not the door on the patio. You also have the gas fire pit, your own seating areas and the BBQ area. There are lawn games in the laundry room, and movies and games in the console under the TV.
You are welcome to walk the property and explore. Please don't enter any animal enclosures without a host: tell us and we will happily give you a tour and introduce you.
Rates
$175 per night, plus a one-time $100 cleaning fee. A week or longer takes 10% off the nightly rate.

We farm this corner of Sonoita - lavender, goats, horses and a few pigs - and keep three canvas bell tents on platforms behind the main house.
Usually replies within an hour.
