Wild Oak Farm hosts up to 22 overnight guests and 100 day guests for weddings, retreats, reunions and private gatherings.
Where everyone sleeps: the three-bedroom cottage, four canvas bell tents on platforms, and a renovated camper for two. The cottage and the camper have their own bathrooms; the tents share the club house, which has a kitchenette with laundry, two bathrooms with showers and an ADA-accessible bathroom. The tents are off grid, with solar lighting and fans and propane heat.
Rates: lodging is $685 a night, plus a $300 cleaning fee and a $300 refundable damage and cleaning deposit. An event adds $100 an hour for up to 100 guests, for up to six hours, and $265 for event insurance.
Included: the whole property, private for your event, except the inside of the main residence; electricity for a food buffet, a DJ or musicians, and lighting under the oak; parking attendants; garbage cans serviced through the event; and three full-service bathrooms, including one ADA-accessible bathroom.
Available for an additional fee: an event coordinator to plan and host your day, at $75 an hour, and tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, at $10 a table and $3 a chair.
Amplified music ends by 10pm, and guests who aren't staying overnight leave by 10pm. This is a non-smoking event space.
