Your Facebook and Instagram data

When you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram account to a Goose site, Goose keeps what posting needs and nothing more: the access token Meta issues, the Page's or account's id, and its name. It never reads your followers, messages, comments or insights.

To delete it

Open your site's Social page in Goose and choose Disconnect, which deletes the token and the id.

If you remove Goose from Facebook or Instagram instead

Goose loses access the moment you remove it in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Meta refuses the token the next time Goose tries to use it, and at that point Goose deletes the stored connection.
